Introduction
To aid the development of inclusive policy design, UNESCO and i4Policy present ten building blocks that policymakers can use to guide the development of AI policies, strategies and legal instruments. This guide has been developed after a year-long participatory process, harvesting inputs from interviews, workshops and many discussions.
We hope this guide helps policymakers to make AI policies more inclusive, pushing the development of AI systems that work for all.
